Software Engineer & Product StrategistCo-founder

Sam sets the technical direction and architecture for the products we build and the tools we create for our clients. He also leads robotics at the By Crux AI Lab.

Before By Crux, Sam was a product manager at Google and co-founded Eidon AI, a robotics data company backed by a $3.5M seed round led by Framework Ventures. As Head of Product, he helped build a wearable system that captured first-person video and motion data of people doing everyday household tasks, used to train robots.

Outside of work, Sam climbs, trains outdoors, and builds long-term projects with Jaz and Crux.

Operations & EngineeringCo-founder

Jaz runs operations and engineering at By Crux. She leads how we learn a client's business: mapping the workflows, finding where time and money leak out, and designing the systems that fix it. She also codes and builds products alongside Sam.

Before By Crux, Jaz was a chemical engineer at Samsung, Georgia Pacific, and CF Industries, and worked in research and development at Gelita. Years of process engineering taught her to think in systems, efficiency, and process design, which is exactly how she approaches AI.

Outside of work, Jaz hikes, snowboards, runs, climbs, and bakes, and never skips a slow morning with coffee and a good book.
